our company. From our office staff to our installation crews,
everyone works very hard to make sure the linen rental process
goes smoothly and pleasantly for our clients. By doing our
laundry in-house, we are able to insure that our customer's
needs are constantly, and consistently, being met. Every employee
is taught that, because we are playing a role in the most
special of occasions for our customers, there is no room for
error.
Appointments are scheduled at your convenience Monday through
Saturday. Feel free to browse our online selection of linens;
many are displayed with recommended coordinating colors, and
sizes. Elegant Linens provides delivery and setup services.
Cost will depend on the distance and complexity of the setup.
If we do not carry an item you are interested in renting,
we will do our best to locate the items from our suppliers.
Frequently Asked Questions
"Do I have to wash the tablecloths after we
use them?"
The rental price includes laundering and pressing.
"Am I responsible for food stains?"
Generally, no. Nearly all common food stains (coffee, wine,
punch, gravy, meat sauce stains, chocolate, etc., are easily
removed with our state-of-the-art commercial extraction equipment.
"What am I responsible for?"
You are held responsible for linens returned with excessive
amounts of food attached to them, candle wax, handwriting
from ink pens or markers, etc., burns, mildew, rips, tears,
and excessive "ground in" dirt. (Usually a result
of using the table linen as a "mop" to clean up
after the party. Tell your caterer not to do that.)
“Will your chair covers fit my chairs?”
We have 3 different styles of covers (standard banquet, wide
top and folding). We can provide a sample to insure that the
cover fits the chairs at your special event.
“Do I have to pay for linens not used?”
Yes.
